Drive with a Partner Who Delivers for You

To ensure the quality and safety of every haul, all carrier partners must be verified through Highway. It’s fast, secure, and helps us build a network rooted in trust.

What We Look For in a Carrier

We are looking for the best of the best. We set a high standard with our carrier requirements and procedures, and in return we reward our partners with consistent freight, reliable support, and opportunities to grow their business.

Active Authority & Insurance

Carriers must have active motor carrier authority and maintain valid insurance coverage. While our baseline requirements typically include auto liability and cargo insurance, exact limits may vary depending on the customer or type of load. We’ll communicate specific requirements during onboarding or load assignment.

Highway Verification

Every carrier in our network must complete verification through Highway. This fast, secure step helps us build a trusted carrier base while protecting our shippers and partners from fraud and risk. Once you’re verified, you’re ready to start hauling.

Strong Safety Records

Carriers are expected to maintain clean safety and compliance histories, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to hauling with care.

Food Grade Equipment

We require 53’ food-grade trailers—clean, well-maintained, and capable of meeting the demands of perishable or dry freight. Cold chain precision is core to our business, and the right equipment makes it possible.

ELD Compliance

Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance is required for all carriers. It supports visibility, accountability, and timely delivery — all key to maintaining shipper trust.

Perishable Expereince

Carriers hauling with Fresh Freight must demonstrate experience with perishable freight, including the ability to pulp product, verify temperatures, and follow shipper handling requirements. This expertise helps ensure product integrity and compliance on every load.

Communication & Attention to Detail

We value proactive communication and attention to detail from dispatch through delivery. Carriers who keep us informed help ensure every load runs smoothly.
